The lower figure shows the layout of the lower plates that characterise this kind of plough. The plate of the body base shifts over these plates instead of shifting over the seam floor.
This model offer the main advantages of the Reisshaken and Gleit ploughs, with defined cut depth y lack of "breathing " movement. The driving chains (1) are installed in the caving side, as in the Reisshaken plough and, as in the Gleit model, it includes an effective system to chose the plowing horizon (2).
